Text Box: The Small Print:
1 Rutland Water's Safety and Fishery Rules will apply for The Challenge. The Rules can be obtained from The Rutland Water Fishing Lodge, Edith Weston, Oakham, LE15 8HD. Telephone 01780 686441. All entrants fish at their own risk and the Organising Team can take no responsibility for the safety and welfare of participants during The Challenge.
2 100% of all monies received, by the Organising Team on behalf of WaterAid, after all payments necessary for the organisation of The Challenge have been made, will go to WaterAid. The Entry Fee covers the cost of Permits, Boat Hire, other Challenge Costs such as Prizes etc., Evening Meals, and a donation to WaterAid.
3 Entries will be dealt with on a first come first served basis. Confirmation of entry will be made to the Team Leader by 20th Aug.  In the event of The Challenge being over-subscribed any Teams failing to secure a place will have their Entry Fee refunded. Any additional donation will be refunded at the discretion of the Team's Team Captain.
4 In the event of AW cancelling The Challenge, the Entry Fee will be refunded for the amount of the balance remaining after any non-refundable payments have been made, for The Challenge, by the Organising Team on behalf of WaterAid. Any additional donation will be refunded at the discretion of the Team's Team Captain.
5 In the event of a Team cancelling its entry to The Challenge neither the Entry Fee nor any additional donation will be refunded. The Organising Team recommends that the Team finds replacement Team Members for their entry.
